Salon pas patches are fairly helpful, but the patches have a very strong smell and they tend to roll up a bit. Someone recommended Biofreeze to me and it has been a game-changer for my back and knee pain. I like the roll-on application. There’s a faint smell while it’s drying but that doesn’t seem to linger once it’s dry. It provides powerful and long-lasting relief! The first time I used it on my back I didn’t have to re-apply for two days and I’ve significantly reduced the amounts of Tylenol and ibuprofen I take.
