I live in a remote area off of any roads, all must be flown in. I had looked at this for months thinking that it would be dried out if I did order it. Well, I ordered it, it arrived in perfect condition, I put my first slice in the oven with some butter (thinking it would be dried out), ate my piece in joy and bliss because it was that good. Later, as I walked by the cake sitting on my stove, I had to grab a small piece, no time to microwave it, and guess what? It was ALSO DELICIOUS! It wasn't dried out at all, and by not warming it up I could taste and chew the chewy, gooey, most delicious, parts where the sugar had kind of hardened with the cinnamon and cake batter (the best part of any cinnamon cake in my opinion). I will buy this again, and again. This will also be an excellent cake to bring to our community meals - I imagine that there could be fights breaking out over it, I'd better cut the pieces small so that many can try it. Thank you so much!
