During the day he works in a small factory customizing tile. The radio they have back in his department isn’t loud enough to penetrate the sound from the machines, but he also prefers to play music off his phone. That’s why we were hunting down a bluetooth speaker for him.From the reviews I read, I thought this could be a good fit for him. I had a hunch it still wouldn’t be loud enough. My hunch was right. This speaker does get loud and it doesn’t distort the sound at maximum volume level. We need to find him one even more powerful than this one. I know how much music helps me while I’m working, though I can’t use music at my job, I do use it to clean house or even write reviews. :) So I’m set to keep hunting for my hardworking husband.This speaker is very small, lightweight and can clip to a belt loop or just about anything. It has a cute denim cover around it. I think I liked that part more than my husband did. The buttons are easy to navigate. He had it figured out in less than a minute without looking at the instructions. It was also incredibly easy to connect to his phone.All in all this is a great speaker. If you’re looking for a loud, compact speaker that is easy to navigate, this is it. If you’re looking for a speaker loud enough to penetrate through machinery noise as you work, keep looking (and tell me what you find).
