I'm not a body builder or gym addict but I work retail and always keep one in my bag as a quick meal when I don't have time or forget to pack a lunch. I have stomach problems so I don't eat fast food. These are tasty, keep you full and are gluten free and do no have any of those nasty sugar alcohols that mess up your digestion. I don't think enough people realize what they can do to your stomach, just read the list of side effects from them, it's scary. I think the price is great by the case and I love anything that keeps me from having to go out and search.....delivery is sooo easy. Believe it or not but I was introduced to these by my physician during a physical. I had fasted because of blood work and was light headed. He gave me a bottle of water and one of these bars.
