At first touch I was reluctant to eat it because it feels really hard but it’s not. You still have to bite but not hard. It’s also not extremely chewy either, which I really like. You can still taste the persimmon too. Even if you don’t like persimmons give it’s try. The only ingredient is persimmon. No added sugars, no sodium, no fat. A very healthy snack! Also if you are expecting dried persimmons that you find in Asian stores, this is not it.
