It's thick enough to moisturize and thin enough to not get too clumpy if I don't overuse. The initial bottle I purchased from a dermatologist office seemed fresher and easier to dispense than the last couple of orders on Amazon have been. I had issues with the pump and called the customer service number and was advised to shake the bottle and bang it against my palm a bit to break up air pockets. That seemed to work, though it is a pain to have to do that all the time. I've also seen an increase in the pilling of the product if I use too much at times. For the cost it would be nice to have a product that was fool proof and didn't need much effort to apply. I have rosacea and seboreahic dermatitis, depending on the weather. This sunscreen didn't irritate my skin like other creams I have tried. In the past year the price has increased tremendously for which I am extremely unhappy. However my biggest complaint is the delivery system. I have had to return this item more than once to amazon because the pump was defective in some way. The problem is always with the head of the pump where the cream comes out. It arrives cracked, etc. The makers of this cream need to fix this problem, especially since the price has become so ridiculous. I only buy it from Amazon now even if I can find it cheaper elsewhere because of their good return policy. If the product arrives damaged, I can return it and get my money refunded. While I love the product for how it is on my sensitive face, I hate the increased price and the shoddy delivery system.
