**Q: From the reviews people are saying this is a cleanser ?? I thought it was a leave on cream ??**
A: Gel and Cream is a facial cream :) There is a confusion that those 2 products are shown together in one page. We will update the detail page :)

**Q: What is a safe temperature range for this product to be transported at?**
A: Mine had  temperature changes during my travel this month and did just fine. I think the formula is pretty stable  but I  have never exposed it to severe fluctuations or extreme light. This is a very nice product.

**Q: Is it cruelty free?**
A: You can consider this product as cruelty-free, but we didn't get an official certification yet. We're in the process of receiving it.
