The first one I bought in 2017; that one lasted 6 years before needing to be replaced. I bought another in 2023, now I'm replacing that one in 2026. I would say these are definitely worth the money! The only reason my second mat needed to be replaced much sooner was because my children are now old enough to do dishes, but they spill significantly more water on the mat than I ever did when I was the only person doing dishes in my home. This led to the mat cracking on the surface much more quickly. I would absolutely attribute it to user error though since my kids often forget to dry the spilled water. I highly recommend this mat!
