    Total weight for both bumbells is 20Kg.  10Kg each

There are 2 dumbells in the set but they are, at most, 10kg each. If you could pump water into them, you might push it to 12kg in one dumbell but I can't see how you would do that.  They are quite large and cumbersome but they can be used fairly easily. Good for light work or beginner.
