**Q: my dog weighs 9 lbs. does she get a whole one?  Also, do these need to be kept refrigerated?**
A: The manufacturer says 1 for a 25 pound dog and as yours is 9 lbs. then somewhere around 1/3 of a chew should be sufficient.  They should be stored in a cool dry setting, no need to refrigerate. Our dogs enjoy them and have never had a bad reaction from them.

**Q: Is it soft chews or hard?  I have senior dogs and they no longer have all their teeth.  Thank you**
A: Depending on the lot, the chews could be harder or softer.  It's the natural ingredients that makes each lot different.  You could break them up and put them in your dog's food, that's an idea. If you want to discuss it, call me, 802-872-2113.  Thanks.  Roxanne

A: Our Daily Probiotic is a Chew not a capsule, I will update the contact now. thank you

**Q: Do they expire?**
A: im sure they do most things do. but if I remember right the top of the bag has a zip lock seal so if its closed properly then I would think they should last for a few months depending on how often you use them
