**Q: What is the paper weight?**
A: The paper weight is 56gsm or 15lb...industry standard on most notebooks.  Thanks for the question!

**Q: I'm right handed, can I still use these?  How are they different?  Thanks.**
A: They can be used by both left and right handed people. I am left handed and they are best suitable for me because most spiral bound notebooks have the wire located on the left side which make it difficult to write and hurts my hand.  These have the wire on top which solves that problem.

**Q: Do they make a wide rule with top spirals?**
A: Run a search such as "wide ruled top bound notebooks" and see what items pop up. I'd be surprised if you could not find what you're looking for.
