The package doesn’t say they are but they were very good for simmering in cider and this bag was a great value! **Q: Are they food grade quality?** A: Yes. Not a lick of cinnamon flavor came through. What does that say about these sticks?** A: Perhaps you didn't leave the sticks in your brew long enough.
