It takes the total resistance down 1/5th so I've only got about 30kg to work with rather than the 50kg ish I was expecting.Quality feels like £10 shipped from China should, I think it will do the job for the pandemic but have little hope on it surviving for a year of regular use.I paid a £10ish so wasn't expecting great things, just enough to get by during the pandemic. Buying through Amazon I expected delivery within a week. It came from abroad so was a month late, I don't mind waiting especially during the pandemic but all I got was a tracking number that didn't work.I contacted the seller who were responsive and gave me updates.
