Be aware that Vitamin E has anticoagulant properties. Reportedly has antioxidant and antiageing properties. Reprtedly ( not confirmed) may help in preventing some common dementias. Let your physician know that you are takibg it. Stop use before elective surgeries. Reportedly Vit K by injection can reverse anticoagulant properties. Have been taking Vit E for years and do look younger than chronological age.
