My husband loves Lefsa and has found Mrs Olsens to be the best!  This time it arrived in a sealed packet with packets of cooler to insure the freshness.  He’s had his first to two pieces this morning and says it’s the freshest almost like his Moms!,

My family used to get Aunt Julia's old fashioned Klube from North Dakota. I can no longer find it so I tried this klube and found it to be just as good. It has a solid consistency which we like. I had tried another brand before this one and it had more of a gritty consistency, didn't roll into balls as well, fell apart when cooking and wasn't as tasty. I am definitely going to stick with Ragna's.
