Seasoned nicely, not too salty like some meals can be. And this one hydrates perfectly and super-quick too. As long as you bring a basic measuring cup with you, it's quick & easy to prepare. I do have to say that while it is labeled as two servings, it will depend on a couple of factors... 1. How hungry are you? 2. Is this all that is for dinner? Personally, i was really famished and ate the whole thing myself...for reference, i'm only 5'6" & 115lbs. I found it to be adequately filling although I could have stopped a few bites short of finishing but it was so tasty, i had to polish it off.
