I bought this chair as an extra so that when my son and his wife are here for the holidays there would be extra seating for a third person. It’s really comfortable, and seats and adult very well. I’m 5 foot nine and I weigh 155 pounds. This chair holds up beautifully, and the backrest does not need to be leaned up against anything. You can lean back and it holds firm. Very pleased!

**Q: Will a 220 pound man fit in this chair?**
A: Maybe initially.  Ours completely "deflated".  It is a sad, melted looking blob on the floor.  It was used by a 60 lb kid and his 100lb sister for gaming.  This happened within 2 months of getting it.  We bought another bag of filler and it is now more of a 70's beanbag.  No actual shape.  Still deflated looking.  So my answer would be absolutely no~ it would not fit a 220lb man.  If they expect it to look like the chair in the picture.

**Q: I am looking for a bean bag that will fit an adult, but my space is limited as I want it in a corner. Would this one fit an adult?**
A: I am a small adult (5'4", 117lbs) and this is comfy enough for me that I can sit in it for a few hours for football. I have seen my 6'1" brother-in-law sit in it, so it's definitely large enough for a normal adult. If you want it to support your back completely, you might be better off as a woman (lighter upper bodies). Although the picture implies a supported, upright back, this is more aesthetic than actual support compared to a regular beanbag chair. The chair does look cute and better than a typical beanbag chair. The chair is slightly smaller than some beanbags I've seen.

I bought the 2 chairs on Black Friday and my husband and I definitely agreed this is one of our best Black Friday purchase. We have teenagers, Young adults and it fits every one. Even 190lbs men. The color is beautiful, the fabric is sturdy and very comfortable. After using it quite a bit for over a month and a full house for the Christmas break it became too soft. I just bought some Big Joe Bean Refill and filled it up this morning and voila! Perfect again 😁
