**Q: Do these pickles have to be refrigerated ?**
A: generally salt is a preservative so nothing with enough salt easily spoils, having said that I think pickles taste better cold....

**Q: Do these pickles look a little glassy? I'm looking for sour and salty and not sweet, like I used to get in Germany.**
A: The container is to large but best “sour” pickles out there.  Very similar to the old classic sour.  Glassy?  Not really

**Q: I used to buy these in glass jars. The last time the jar was plastic & they tasted odd. Did you notice an odd chemical taste?**
A: I tried these pickles right from the jar as soon as I got them, they tasted a little like the plastic container. I myself personally do not like room temperature pickles.  I will refrigerate them overnight and try again tomorrow and come back to answer this question again.

**Q: are these the really sour ones that used to be at food city?**
A: Yes they are not like the dill pickles they sell at Walmart, they are juicy and sour just perfect 👍🏼

Pretty good if you like true sour pickles like me. Fell in love with them when I lived in Houston, but I moved to the Midwest and everything here is bland besides barbecue sauce. They aren’t the crunchiest pickles, in fact, some are under ripened but overall quality is good.
