## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this work on a clogged drain line?**
A: Yes - I think that is exactly what it is for - or at least that is why I purchased it. My AC drain line was clogged with sludge. I wasn’t strong enough to get the parts unscrewed myself to clean them properly. This dissolved & broke it up so that I could flush out the rest of the gunk through the drain line. This was able to get it cleared & flowing again.

**Q: Has anyone had any luck pouring this directly in a condensate pump reservoir?**
A: This product was not successful.  I used a couple of plants of CO2 cartridges blasts in a CO2 cartridge gun. Then poured two cups o vinegar in the line. It cleared in less than an hour. Since then once a month I pour 8oz of vinegar once a month to keep the line clear.

**Q: Add says "cleaner", no where else does it say that? Does it clean or just prevent clogs if drain pipe already clean? Not using it in pan, just drain !**
A: It didn’t work for me!

**Q: Is this product appropriate to clean an all-in-one Magic Pak heating/air condition unit?**
A: It didn’t work for me. I think vinegar is the best
