I have been known to pop 3 at once but the instructions do say to take 1-2 caps (daily) after a meal, before going to bed or upon waking up. My favorite way to take them is on an empty stomach, I cannot explain how/why but when I do that, about 10-20 minutes later I get this wonderful and sometimes cooling release of air when I exhale, lol, I know that sounds strange but thats what happens, as I'm exhaling through my nose I can smell the minty freshness coming from the back of my throat right out my nose....and I luv it!
