The plastic ribbing started to come out. I had to turn it around so ribbing slots were facing upward so they wouldn't slide out. I'm wondering if eventually I will just remove them. This is bulky. It reminds me of a back brace or something to help keep back straight when lifting. It will be seen under clothes so I will be wearing this around the house.
