It’s OK

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not as good as imported Spanish chorizo, but an excellent compromise for the price

We use chorizo for paella and for a lentil-chorizo soup. For that purpose, the perfect chorizo would be imported from Spain, and would cost considerably more. This chorizo is not perfect, but it's a very reasonable compromise for the price. It is slightly greasier than Spanish chorizo, but its flavor, texture, and seasoning are good.
