Age 47 currently. Pre menopausal symptoms started in late 30's, then I had a baby at 41 and it took a couple of years to start the menopausal symptoms back up. I started this product because last year I experienced 2 bouts of 30-day bleeding, I didn't want to go pay the OB-GYN a fortune again just to give me that fake stuff for 10 days, that barely worked, or the shot, as recommended the second time. (Hated the side affects of that shot!) Also had to pay for an ultrasound the first time --- cha ching $$. I like that this product helped my pituitary gland naturally figure out that it was estrogen dominance causing the issue and helped it produce it's own level of progesterone naturally, in my body, to balance it out. Or at least that's what I think it did. After taking this for about 4 or 5 months now, I haven't bled in over 2 months, and last time I did, it was kind of light, and over with in a few days. Every body is different though... but currently I can't tell I'm in any kind of menopause right now at all, except for occasional sweating at night. Still have mild PMS though.... which doesn't seem "fair" (ha) but it's not as bad as it used to be. This product was SO affordable and more successful compared to the medical route. No side affects that I've noticed. Sometimes it makes such a huge difference to find something like this rather than go the incredibly expensive, incredibly fake route with incredibly uncomfortable side affects. Yes, you should have an OB you trust, but golly, they don't always have the simplest way of going about things, or all the answers. They didn't learn certain approaches in school... I do however respect what they did learn... within reason. I'm very happy to have found this product. I feel it might allow me to experience menopause naturally, all we should, but may take the edge off of it or make it simply tolerable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on October 30, 2013* This product changed my life, and that's not an exaggeration. I suffered from 5 miscarriages, have had all the testing available to me through a reproductive endocrinologist and nothing wrong could be found. I had a 28 day cycle and got pregnant very easily- my pregnancies just ended for no apparent reason 5-7 weeks into it. Then, I started doing basal body temperature charting and realized that, despite the 28-day seemingly-regular cycle, I ovulated a week late (day 21 or so) and only had a week-long luteal phase. I was tired of testing, tired of experimental medication (experimental because I was never diagnosed with anything), tired of miscarriage, and wanted to find a natural and ideally effective way of fixing this dual problem. I researched a ton online and found that Femaprin worked well for women with PCOS (often ovulate even later than I do) and luteal phase defect (less than 12 days from ovulation to menstruation). Many reviews also said it helped with PMS symptoms. Sounded perfect for me! I was elated with how quickly Femaprin worked for me. By the first month, my ovulation day was pushed back by two days, my luteal phase was 13 days long, and my PMS symptoms were more than noticeably better. The second month I was ecstatic because for the first time since I was probably 14 years old I got EWCM, and lots of it!!! (For those who don't know that acronym, I didn't want to be too graphic, but you can Google it to find out). I ended up getting pregnant. My first progesterone draw, without any supplementation, was a 41 (normal range 10-47) when previous cycles I would produce sometimes as low as an 8 after ovulation! I am now 10 weeks pregnant and have kept taking the Femaprin (this is not recommended by the manufacturer) to support the corpus luteum until the placenta takes over, when I will start to wean my body off of it. My whole family believes that this product has changed our lives for the better, and we couldn't be more grateful. I know this product does not work as well or as quickly for everyone, but I wanted to share my success story because, to me, my situation previously seemed doomed, impossible, and now I have hope again that I can surpass this barrier in my life. I finally found something that not only works, but I don't have to worry about it having negative consequences or side effects for me in the present or future (something that I was wary of with Clomid and Letrozole, or any future drug a doctor might try to put me on). So I brought these pills about 3 weeks ago..... AMAZING!!!!! I have always had irregular cycles since my last child about 5 years ago. I would go months without a period, then when I did get my period it would last 2 months or more. The only way to regulate it would be by going on the pill. Which I really did not want to do and having to pay doctor fee's . So after researching on line for different pills that can regulate my cycle I stumbled across these pill and as always read the reviews. I saw the success rate and decided to give it a try. I purchased the pills three weeks ago and they arrived very quickly. I had been on my period for more than 6 weeks when I got the pills. The day they arrived is the day I took the first pill, hoping for results. The next day my bleeding started to slow and on the 3 day it had completely stop, I no longer fill bloated.
