## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it have Vertical steam function?**
A: It says it but 
You push button to steam clothes which makes the iron cold so you have to put down for four seconds to warm up again 
( it actually takes mine longer than four seconds ) so no idea how long it would take to do one whole garment

**Q: can you use without charging**
A: No. You should mount the base charger on the ironing board. A couple of screws will fix it.
then put the iron on it with the cable plugged in. The base starts red then goes green when iron is charged. Every time you put the iron down to move the cloth, put it on the charger.

**Q: Everytime i use this iron the water leaks into the electric part of it**
A: Hi I have had no problems with this iron, I only use it for my quilting.

**Q: How long can you iron before recharging??**
A: 12 seconds ours lasts for before it needs to be put back on charger. And then 10 seconds to recharge. This slows the inning process considerably. Ours went back. Close to useless....
