On those days I grab one of these bars that I keep stashed in my trunk, purse or lunch box. These bars are a sweet treat, and taste and smell just like a healthy carrot cake. They are made with whole grains and are appropriate for my plant based diet. They are a bit chewy, which is slightly different than most bars.
