Do you have a empty magazine and co2 cartridge in the pistol? Please give further detail. **Q: does it come with the gun?** A: I purchased this air pistol bundle and it came with 1 30 round magazine and 2 other magazines that held less. I had problems with the first one that I purchased, sent it back for repair or replacement and it came back to me with more damage than I sent it in for. I sent it back again and the company replaced it. I like this pistol. It`s got some power to it. It`s a great purchase. **Q: Does it shoot plastic pellet ? and what size is recommended , since a few people reported a jam and smaller pellet was recommended.** A: Though this was a great gun at first but kept jamming with the pellets they sent with the gun, Sent back, Sig unjammed and they recommended we buy smaller pellets which we did. It jammed again and Sig Sauer won't help now. Yes it is out of warranty but have not shot more then 20 pellets out of this gun, I thought after the last jam if they would get it unjammed I would try putting 2 empty spaces in between the pellets to try and stop the jamming. But now I have a pellet gun that doesn't work, so good luck with any pellets. **Q: The magazine got hung up inside the gun and I can`t get it out. Any suggestions as to how to get it out?** A: Ours jammned also, googled ideas on Sauer web site. Ended up having to return the gun only 1 month old, under warranty, got back in less then a week.
