**Q: Uh-oh!  Can you please translate the directions for me?**
A: you'll need 500 g (17.5 oz) beef cut into cubes, 2 tablespoons oil, 
directions: roast meat cubes in hot oil, add 375 ml water (13 oz)  and bring to a boil, mix in contents of package and bring to a boil for a short time, 
cover your pot and stew 1 1/2 hours on low heat, stir occasionally, add more water if necessary. 
Best served with Semmelknoedel (German Dumplings) and Weisskrautsalat ( Cole Slaw) but it's much better served with red cabbage :)
