A: I just hand wash the inside where I sweat in and hang dry.

**Q: why does the models trainer look different than the close up one.. which on do they send**
A: The model just has it clipped on the inside. It will also zip when it is completely closed. So first you clip it and it will look like the model and then you zip it.

Do I believe that? No; it seems to be far less than 25, but they are certainly steel, because the corset doesn't bow or bend outward.

I have been waist training for over 8 years and have use many different brands. I have a couple of waist trainers and they never disappoint. This waist trainer is one of the most comfortable I have ordered from Amazon. There is no boning, so nothing feels like it biding you, but it does snatch you up. I feel they run a little big; I used the size guide and I provably could have sized down as I’m on the third set of hooks. But this will be perfect for working out. Definitely recommend.

i weigh about 135 and i got a small. this thing would not even zip. i got a medium and it was still too small. so i just sent them back i was not ordering again. so, if you order order up,,,, way up
