Whether you use this honey for a little sweetness in your yogurt or do what I do and add a bit to your unsweetened tea with a natural sweetener that is actually good for you as opposed to high fructose corn syrup of cane sugar. Truth be told, it is so good, I occasionally pour myself a teaspoon of this honey and just enjoy the AMAZING flavors ( that is if my wife is not around...lol) Definitely give this product a try it is soooooooo very good!!!!
