I love it! The padding is no too thick, but thick enough to protect it. I use this whenever I travel to keep my laptop safe. I particularly like the pockets on the front. One for work and one for personal use. The case holds the computer, power supply, mouse and still has a little space for accessories, like headphones, smart card reader and such. So, I can grab it like a kit and stuff it in my bag. If it’s raining while I am running into the building from work, I’m not worried about my sweet Razer getting wet at all. There is plenty of padding on the inside to keep my rig cozy and pristine. It would take a good bit of time for the water to soak through. It is a soft case , so I wouldn’t want to leave it in the rain or drop it. If I did it is certainly a good buffer from the rain, spills and splashes. Dropping it with my 13lb laptop inside… I would feel ok unless it landed on a corner. That’s how it always happens though and not much is going to defend against that. Just don’t drop your computer and it’ll be well protected. Otherwise, there isn’t anything I don’t like about this case. I like that there is no handle, strap, or D-rings.
