This one fit those requirements and has a great price. It was fairly easy to install. I have installed a lot of fans over the years and this was the first fan that made the room smell like hot lubricating oil (petroleum smell) for the first couple of hours of operation. Thankfully I have a whole house attic fan that I turned on to clear the house of the smell. My guess it was oil used in assembly. Very little vibration but some. Also the fan pictured on the box is not white so I initially thought they sent the wrong model but there is a label on the box that was checked off for the right color. If the smell didn't go away I was going to return it but it worked out fine after letting it run on high for about 3 hours with the attic fan on and the windows open. I am also operating it with a Lutron TGFSQ-FH-WH wall switch that I bought at the local big box store. The light is beginning to flicker so I called the company. I was told it could be the bulb or an internal problem but there was no way to troubleshoot it. It was relatively inexpensive, under $300, and to get an electrician is probably going to cost more than that. In the meantime I am concerned about the hazards of continuing to operate it with a flickering light.
