Review: A fantastic, delicious versatile ingredient. - Second time of buying this, the whole family really enjoy the flavour. Have used it mainly for cooking pulled pork and for marinading chicken which I then use in stir fries. Mixed with honey it really brings a zing to roast vegetables too. Next on the agenda is to try it in a pasta sauce. It is a very thick paste but is easy to thin with either water, honey or soy sauce and has a delicious sweet, spicy and very moorish flavour. Once opened it keeps in the fridge very well. A very versatile product that has so many uses and I am so glad I tried it. Wouldn't be without now. Quick delivery and a good price. Highly recommend.

**Q: Does this need to be refrigerated?**
A: I couldn't find out online but have had mine in the fridge for 3 weeks since first use. Looks and tastes as if first opened.

**Q: Is this gluten free? Does it say ‘may contain wheat/gluten on the ingredients?**
A: It says on the label contains wheat extract.  There is no mention of if being gluten free.

**Q: Does anyone know what the square pouch is for that attached to the seal for? I’ve never seen one before, and wondered what it is**
A: It is to keep it fresh before opeinjbgn

**Q: When will the expiration be if I order tom?**
A: This lasts opened for about three months
