Review: Cheap Plastic from Grohe - The Grohe make hand shower stand is plastic though chrome coated to appear as though it is metal. The plastic stand breaks easily. That's a design defect and the plastic cracks easily. I have seen exactly same breakage in another house. Apparently there may be several more who would just curse the Company and keep quiet. Certainly this is not what is expected from a Company like Grohe.

The Grohe make hand shower stand is plastic though chrome coated to appear as though it is metal. The plastic stand breaks easily. That's a design defect and the plastic cracks easily.
