It bakes evenly so everything from muffins to those little egg bites you see at overpriced coffee shops come out great. The stainless steel feels genuinely solid and well made, not flimsy or thin like some cheaper pans, and it cleans up really easily which is a big deal for me. If your looking for a pan that's going to last forever without you worrying about the coating scratching off into your food this is the one to get.

No chemicals on this stainless steel pan so it is not a non-stick pan, you'll want to use paper liners which is what I would do anyway. I wanted a mini cupcake pan that would not rust and selected this one. I was a little concerned because of some negative reviews but decided to risk it. Glad I did. This is a beautiful pan. Magnets do not stick to it which means that it is 300 Stainless Steel so it won't rust! The pan is a good weight and sturdy so it won't warp. I like the way metal conducts heat and gives cupcakes a better texture than silicone. Care instructions are on the paper on top so don't throw it out.
