Help?** A: as long as it's tight on the faucet/hose bib, it's fine. it will swivel but it's ok. i actually find the swivel helpful when attaching something like a watering timer **Q: are the handles brass covered by rubber or all rubber ?** A: The handles appear to just be solid black plastic. They are tough though as I've used pliers a time or two to turn them. The handles are fairly small and my big, clumsy fingers sometimes have a hard time getting the valves to turn. If they haven't been turned from off to on, or vice versa, in some time they can be a bit "sticky" and hard to turn. Once turned they work easily.
