I generally don’t take all the supplements in full dosage or consecutively every day just so that my liver can relax and that’s been working for me overall. This one has no strange flavor which I’ve found in most peri or menopause pills so I highly recommend for that alone. It’s also made in the USA.

The list of ingredients is somewhat perplexing. I do appreciate the calcium (although at only 5% of the recommended daily allowance, I wish it had been more). Some of the other ingredients are not as straightforward. I'm not sure exactly what Dong Quai or Balck Cohosh powder are or what benefits they hold. I was happy to see that this product is made in the USA. I have been taking the capsules for a few weeks and don't notice any changes in my occasional joint pain, but I also haven't had any negative effects.

I’ve been taking this menopause supplement to naturally curb symptoms and they haven’t worsened so I consider that as a win. It’s been over month and not sure if any difference at all. No after taste and easy on my stomach. No aftertaste or adverse reactions. Value is fair for quantity. Ingredients seem to be good just not sure how effective it is with providing any relief for me. If nofhing else good way for me to get some much needed extra calcium.
