It won't be unhappy unless the water soaks the terminals, and then probably only if the water were ocean salt water. The bigger issue would be wiring and the electronics, both of which might be problems. I would not soak the Razor or intentionally drive it underwater. Incidental rides splashing through rain puddles on the drive way have not caused any problems so far. No experience with soaking rain. The water hitting your skin would not be comfortable, so I don't see it used in soaking rain much. I am sure the manufacturer would clearly disagree with everything I have said, insisting on dry use only. Have fun!
