What you need to know is that connected to the P1x series printers doesn't give you full control of the AMS. You can still do just about everything though including drying while printing. You don't have to have it turn the spools. You can leave them in with the filament still fed in. I've run the dryer for 8-12 hours at a time with no issues with the power supply, so it seems to be quite durable. The power plug is correct and easy to plug in. Its a good buy for your money.
