Great value. ### โญโญโญโญ I'm on the fence with this product *by N***A on October 27, 2015* I'm on the fence with this product.. I use it everyday, but does it really get you extreme results? No . First off my waist is 42 inches and yet the XXL seemed to fit very loosely, but better than being to tight rolling up all the time right? lol. But I still sweat not dramatically but my tummy does sweat although I haven't physically noticed a significant difference. I use it under my clothes all the time as it smooths the look of my tummy better than my girdle's that show through my clothes. And I wear it every time I work out.. Overall I like it but I'm not ecstatic about it. I would say it was decent enough for me as a beginner thermal trainer since it was my first and in my price range so I don't regret the purchase and even my friend got one and she likes it a lot too, but if you are looking for extreme results this is not the one for you. You need to look for one with latex and steel bones.
