Used one of the many compression straps on the market and it didn’t do much to relieve the vibration and resulting pain. A friend suggested tenex as it alleviated their tennis elbow issue. I tried this and I have no pain when I play. Normally when I hit overheads and hard shots I would feel the pain in my elbow immediately after. When I wear this I can hit all shots without any pain. I am a female with the updated model and have been happy with it. Their customer service is also great as I had a few questions and Mike was very responsive and helpful.
