They are all visible without a belt. None of them work if you have a different type of button clasp on your pants (Bonobos) Where they differ is how much they stretch and how well they blend in with your pants. This kind has different types in the package, some for a little wide, some for a lot wide. You get to pick an exact size. It is firm so it holds your pants up, but has some give when you sit. Largely invisible on jeans, and if you use the small, one it’s mostly hard to see on other pants too. The elastic one is much stretchier. More comfortable when you sit.
