I'm 5'1" and small boned but carry a little extra weight around my middle. The neck hole opening is very wide. I'm keeping it because i love the color (mint green ombre) and I worry the XS will be too small in other places. The fabric is on the thin side so if you are worried about your bra line showing or are self conscious about your body, this may not be the shirt for you. However, it is comfortable and can be flattering for many body shapes.
