My only complaint, and it's small, is that the little package to hold the needles is flimsy and fell apart the first time I pushed one out. It's not a big deal for me though because I can just save them in a mini storage bag. Would give 4½ if possible. EDIT - 1 week later. Finally got a chance to use the tambour and within 15 minutes the holder splintered while I was using it.
