**Q: Will this replace an SW10 D in the living quarters of a horse trailer?**
A: It is the same size and will replace the sw10d. The sw10d should be gas only electronic ignition. The sw10de is a gas and electric model and is the same size but the electric side will not work unless you wire the trailer for it but the gas side will still work.

**Q: does it incl cover**
A: Mine didn't come with a cover.

**Q: How long do hot showers last?**
A: It depends on three things - how cold the water is that you are heating, how hot you like your shower, and how much volume of water you like to use. That being said, in the summer, I can take about a 10 minute shower and in the winter about an 8 minute shower. I am guessing that the water temperature while I am showering is about 110 degrees.

**Q: will this replace a SW10PE**
A: Yes this should replace it it's very easy to do you remove the screws from the outer side it does not come with a door so keep your outer door order a new one requires two screws in the front and two screws from the back side mine was under the sink very easy to get to a house fittings connections very easy you should have no problem

We had a crack in original hot water heater in our 2004 trailer. Ordered the new one. Swapped it out in an hour. Installed exactly the same as original. Filled it, fired it up. No purging of lines or anything required. Started working immediately.  Working perfectly so far. Hot water again!!

This one didnt have the ac side relay on off...  easy to change it from one unit to the other 2 wires N 2 screws onlytook 3 hours to install it from the outside and some work inside.Every ting fired up first try  working greatNote -  you can install a 20 year warrant  POWERED  ANODE  rod in these tanks.  Look into theCorro-Protec™ Powered Anode Rod for Water Heater, 20-Year WarrantyPlugs in like a phone charger ac usb converter  easy to do

Had a leaky Suburban water heater, replaced with this one. All the hoses and wires were identical, worked great once installed. Note: these don't come with the 1/2" x 1/2" pipe nipple so you can screw the water hose to the tank. Don't do what I did and buy a nipple with not enough thread depth. I tightened the fitting all the way but it dripped water. required removing tank a couple times before I figured out the issue. get a "tube" style double 1/2" so you can tighten as much as needed.
