Review: Disappointed, great concept but failed to work - Was very excited for this bar. Bought it several weeks ago in preparation for a work trip. Finally got a chance to bring it out and set up. Upon trying to break it down, one of the pins to secure the bar’s adjustable length broke. The bar in itself is super sturdy, well made. Sucks that the screw would be made so poorly. Tried reaching out to the company regarding a replacement piece but they say they “can’t locate my order”.

**Q: Which country is this made in?**
A: i couldn’t tell but it’s solid . and make sure u have a tough door frame cuz is gonna mess it up for sure

**Q: What is the weight limit for this pull up bar?**
A: According to the instruction manual, the load capacity will be different based on a sliding scale that depends on how long the bar is extended. On the 28.3 to 36.2-inch size bar - if the distance is 28.7" to 29.5", the max load is 440lbs, at 33.5" the load is 265lbs. This does appear to be a well-made device that would probably hold more. Because of the design, the more force applied downward, the tighter it would get. Just make sure your doorframe, or wherever you install it, can accept the outward force/pressure of the bar.

**Q: Will it hold for kipping pull ups?**
A: Hey
This pull up bar is not suitable for strenuous exercise or dangerous exercise, such as kipping pull ups
But this door bar is perfect for building upper body strength, tone and strengthen your back, arms, shoulders and abs muscles.

I bought the Hakeno pull up bar at a discount. Amazon only said it would come in a damage package but the product was like new. Well, it is like new but there are no instructions nor installation hardware. Can't find anything on YouTube/Google to help with installation. Thanks a lot! *Update: Found a video on YouTube. Got it nstalled and it was easy. It's for my TRX and I'm sure it will work just fine. Still bothered it didn't come with instruction. That's kind of key.
