The thing i don't like is the feel of the tilt ring, which is very gritty, almost like there's sand in it. Rotated the item over a piece of clean white paper. Looked at the paper under a X10 power microscope - you could see a few very small, (dust particle size), fragments of Anodizing and a couple of pieces of metal. Repeated the process twice with the same results. If installed on a camera these items would have been deposited on the sensor cover glass.
