I ordered one with name Lucas and the detail between the letters is just awful. It’s definitely not crafted as esquisite as advertised. Also not 925 sterling silver and 18 K gold plated. Is just nothing as expected and advertised . The clasp is stuck doesn’t open so I can’t wear it and when I asked for my money back I was given the response that is personalised and all they can do is refund 5£. it’s definitely outrageously managed.They said they will refund me and I’m waiting for that.
