I would recommend that this tricycle be purchased for smaller lighter kids and with older toddlers probably be too heavy for it to work smoothly. My 4 year old was too big for it so we have to a friends of our that will be 2 soon so they enjoy a lot more often. The handle is able to adjust and the seat as well.
