Yes water leaks if cap is not closed right, or if the bottom silicone part is not put in right and closed tight, Ive seen burn concern comments and as for it holding water when submerged in water to warm up bottle, i believe we are not supposed to do so per the heating instructions…i would read full instructions if using those bottle warmers.
