As of today, nails are worse and the liquid doesn’t even smell at all - not natural essential oils. Also, the box doesn’t even say what the ingredients are… very disappointed in Kerassential **Q: Does this work with nail ridges?** A: I had a large nail ridge in my pinky toe which was caused by a severe stubbing of my toe on a cement corner that I had for TEN years. I had always assumed it was a permanent damaged nail and this item completely got rid of it. I was quite surprised actually. I can’t say whether it would help get rid of nail ridges if it’s caused by an underlying condition. I do have very dry skin so it could have been a combination of damage and eczema. Whatever it was it’s gone and my pinky looks cute again! Take a chance on this one seriously it’s worth a try. I use it every few months to give my toe nails a little break between pedicures. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it’s supposed to, but read the full product description & box instructions first *by M***A on March 30, 2026* I have nail psoriasis, not nail fungus and I bought this to help exfoliate and thin my toenails. After a week, I haven’t seen much difference in the physical appearance of my toenails, but they are much less brittle. It was much easier to trim them. That said, I don’t think I’ll buy more when the bottle runs out. I’ll apply a weak lactic acid or a salicylic acid serum on my nails instead because it’s cheaper. I noticed it beads off the nail instead of absorbing if I tried to put it on too soon after a shower because my nails are still saturated with water and if I didn’t wash my feet with soap before putting it on before bed because lotion from the day is enough of a barrier. Since it is an exfoliant, you have to be mindful about how much you put on (it says thin layer!), particularly at the start to check for lactic acid and urea sensitivities. If you apply it all over the place or on broken skin thinking it’s antifungal, you could be in for a rude surprise with a lot of skin irritation.
